CONNECTING FAITH AND BUSINESS
18th Annual
October 15, 2026

Finding True North

"NAVIGATE WITH CONFIDENCE"
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The 18th Annual Connecting Faith & Business Conference returns on October 15, 2026, bringing together entrepreneurs, faith leaders, speakers, and business professionals for a day of clarity, connection, and purpose. The event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Ontario Airport from 8:45 AM to 2:30 PM.
Connecting Faith & Business is a celebration of purpose-driven entrepreneurship and a reminder that every business journey needs direction, especially in a fast-changing economy. Confidence does not come from having every answer in advance; it comes from knowing where you are headed and understanding the tools that help you navigate change along the way.
That is the heart of CFB's Finding True North. This year's theme invites entrepreneurs, leaders, and business builders to step back from daily demands and regain a clear sense of direction. It reflects how clarity leads to confidence and preparation fuels progress.
Entrepreneurship, like adulthood, is a journey we step into, not a finish line we reach.

2025 RECAP
17th Annual Connecting Faith & Business Conference Recap
The 17th Annual Connecting Faith & Business Conference 2025, presented by AmPac Business Capital, brought faith and enterprise together under one roof at the Ontario Convention Center. The event offered valuable insight and encouragement for over 200 attendees seeking to grow with purpose and lead from their faith.
Built around the theme “Illuminate: Let Your Business Be a Light,” the conference highlighted how faith-informed leadership can strengthen organizations and create lasting impact throughout the community.
The conference opened with worship led by Kevin Paul Henderson of Nuen Music and a message from Pastor Marco Garcia, setting the tone for a day grounded in faith and service. Keynote speaker Dr. Reggie Thomas of PeakePotential, along with a remarkable lineup of speakers and panelists, shared honest, practical insight on leading with integrity and letting faith shape the way we do business. Congresswoman Norma Torres and Ontario Mayor Paul Leon also joined us, underscoring the importance of collaboration between business, faith, and local leadership.
One of the most memorable moments was the Be a Light Challenge, powered by The Barnabas Group. Lena Davis, founder of Savvy Speech Therapy, was awarded $5,000 in recognition of her work helping children find their voice and confidence. Her story reflected the heart of the conference: using business as a platform to serve and uplift others.
The Illuminate Awards honored Marketplace Chaplains U.S.A., Jeff Abbott of The Barnabas Group, and Dr. Tara Lynn Gray for their commitment to faith-driven leadership and service. AmPac Business Capital was also recognized with a Certificate of Recognition from the California State Senate for its leadership in hosting the conference and for bringing together leaders from across the region.
We are grateful to our sponsors, partners, and volunteers who made this event possible, and to everyone who joined us for CFB 2025. We look forward to continuing this mission at our next conference.
